New entries do not show until 1Password Quits

I add a new login entry by clicking on the 1Password browser icon and saying save the entry. The latest login entry does not show until I quit 1P from the menu bar. This has happened repeatedly. If I...

I'm sorry for the ongoing trouble.

I think at this point it would be useful if we could take a closer look at some logs and what may be going wrong.

When you are next able to reproduce the issue I'd like you to send over a console log from your browser as well as a diagnostics report:
