You could renew each year or each month, depending on what you chose when you subscribed.
Sometimes when you input an email address the program says "this email address is already used or on file" That is what I meant by email causing a problem Thanks, Tom C.
Understood. Can you please post a screenshot of this, so we understand where you are inputting an email address?
