New User - Keep Getting Prompted to save logins that already exist?
Hi, I'm currently in my trial period of this product and I can't figure something out. I've created a family shared vault, and I have things like Netflix, Hulu, etc in there. When I'm on my computer, it works fine and fills the login info normally. However, when I use my Android, it finds the login info and logs in, but a prompt opens asking me to save/update the password. If I click out of the prompt, it continues to log in fine. Alternatively, if I click "Save" on the prompt, it then asks me if I want to create a new Login (in my private vault) or update my existing Shared Vault login.
If I update my Shared Vault login, it continues to login, but the next time I login to the app, the same thing happens and it asks me to save/update my login. However, if I create a NEW login in my private vault, then everything works as expected the next time I login (nothing prompts me to create/update a login). But now I have two logins in my private vault and shared vault.
I notice that the duplicate login that gets created in my private vault shows a linked app as "Android", and the icon for the login is some generic icon, not the Netflix icon like in the Shared vault. There's also no website listed.
I don't understand what's happening here. In my mind, there should be only one entry in the shared vault that my family can use and that's it, but for whatever reason when using my Android, it doesn't acknowledge the shared vault login entirely and keeps wanting me to update or create a new login.
