New vault option in menu disabled

I just noticed that the New Vault option under the "three dot menu" is disabled. Of course, one can use the plus button next to the Vaults category to create a new vault, but why is the option disabl...

1P_Gem I thought I'd tried that with the same result, but I tried now again and can confirm that the New Vault option is available when not viewing a collection.
