Once installed, the 1Password 8 for Windows desktop app does automatically launch as a background process upon booting your device and is accessible from the system try. However, if you'd like the app to open on startup and be presented with the account password unlock screen, you can follow this Microsoft Support article for steps to add 1Password to your system Startup folder:
