I am new to 1Password and only use iPad and iPhone. The auto fill (and new password suggestions) does not work. I have the Safari extension option on my iPad but cannot download the 1Password for Safari extension. Please advise

Once 1Password for iOS is installed please follow this guide to enable the extension for Safari: Get to know 1Password for Safari on your iPhone or iPad
