"No items to show" when trying to fill a saved login in Safari

Since I still can't reproduce the issue on my end using Safari and the same version of 1Password's browser extension that you're using on two different Macs, are you able to try clearing your Safari history/cache or try to fill the password into a Private window to see if that might help?
If you can still reproduce the issue after clearing history/cache or using a Private window then I'd like to ask you to send in a console log when reproducing the issue:
Attach the file to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
