no replies to my question and no contact from support

not getting any replies i made a post about email identities and email category sharing same password got views but no replies
then i emailed 1password support about identities and no sync emailed support twice once from talktalk webmail and again using 1password contact form i have received notifications about previous posts but not this one.

OS Version: windows 11 pro x64
