Non synced items

I constantly get this message and it's starting to drive me mad. When i click the button, no items show up. Please can this be fixed. Neil 1Password Version: Not Provided Extensio...

OK, I am TOTALLY not from 1Password, but...
THE BELOW IS WHAT I WAS RECOMMENDED FOR MY SPECIFIC CASE / WORKED FOR ME I AM NOT SAYING IT IS SAFE FOR / WILL WORK FOR EVERYONE.
What I found was that the item on my macOS device was "debris" from deleted items from "18 months" ago.
After checking (and double checking) that this was the case I logged out of 1password on my macOS device and logged back in again (allowing the database from the website to be redownloaded) and the debris was gone.
THE ABOVE IS WHAT I WAS RECOMMENDED FOR MY SPECIFIC CASE / WORKED FOR ME I AM NOT SAYING IT IS SAFE FOR / WILL WORK FOR EVERYONE.
