Not syncing between Mac/Online and iOS devices.

I'm sorry you're running into trouble syncing your 1Password items across your devices. To figure out what could be causing the issue here, I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices:

Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@1password.com.
