ModeratorYou might consider adding a custom field, being sure to set it to password type, then changing its title. The password type would conceal the data provided you had 1Password set to conceal passwords. This is how I conceal my secrets. At present there is not a way to conceal items within notes. Though we have had that requested before. If you don't think the steps above might work in your case please let me know and I'll make sure the team knows you'd like to see concealed data within notes.
