Odd one.. passcode not matching preview?

I'll start off.. there is nothing confidential in this image, all info changed again (well, at least the passcode on the right, the preview??) Interesting that in the left column, the code doesn't...

  • Do you have a personal, family, or business account?
  • Are you using custom item templates or have you used them in the past?

    Just a login (password only, no user)
    Personal
    Not on this one, but I believe I have in the past.

    Even duplicating it gives the same setup.
