Off by one error

I realized I incorrectly posted this as a comment on another issue, but this is actually a distinct issue I faced on v8.10.0 before switching back to v7

Steps:

Open the inactive 2FA category in watch tower
Open the first item in the list and click ignore
Go back to the list
Try to tap any item

Behavior:
Instead of opening the tapped item, the app opens the item below it, presumably because the index is off by one
