Offline Items list in 1Password for Mac

I'm happy to hear that the team was able to confirm the solution to your situation with you.

A warning when logging out of an account sounds like a good idea and we have an existing work item open to look into that for the future. I've passed along your feedback there. Thanks for the suggestion!
