On Firefox for Mac, have to click on the toolbar every time to unlock 1Password

This is an old problem which, it seems, has still not been resolved. On Mac, with Firefox, you must activate "Keep 1Password in the menu bar" so that the 1Password button in the password fiel...

11 months agoThanks for reaching out. The menu bar icon stays visible so that you have a visual indicator that 1Password is still open and unlocked in the background even if the main window is closed. Without the menu bar icon 1Password could be open in the background, with your items available to anyone who uses your computer, without you knowing.
If you would like to hide some icons from your menu bar then I know that there are third-party apps out there that allow you to do so. That might provide a solution for the limited space in the menu bar on your Macbook.
