One Time Password, i.e. MFA

Today, I have spent the afternoon removing all my accounts from the Microsoft Authentication app, and adding each account with 'One Time Password', via 1Password (took quite some time).

HOWEVER, since doing so, if I try to log into, example, Outlook Dot Com, and I enter the MFA code (same code I see in the 1Password app), it does not work ("That code didn't work. Check the code and try again"). Rather odd. Do I need to set a setting in the 1Password app or something?

PS: Date and time is set correctly on my Mac and Windows. And, same issue when I test it from my iOS device, too.
