Could you integrate a synchronization button in the MAC & Windows application, so that we can see if our passwords are well synchronized between devices.

+1 for this. Add on to this request. Perhaps an amendment state counter (0-1000 maybe) could be added as you update your account. If the most updated version is count 55 and you updated your vaults with an item on your iPhone, the item count would increase to 56 on your iPhone. If your Mac or 1password.com is still showing 55, you can easily identify the device where an issue is occurring.
(We do this in our workplace with digital documents so you know procedures you’re using/ following are the correct and up to date versions)
