Only 1 account is showing

Only 1 account is showing on the browser extension. Even though I am logged into both accounts on the desktop version. Any ideas why? 1Password Version: Not Provided Extension Version: No...

Can I ask what browser and operating system you're using? This could start us on the path towards an answer, and we'll be happy to get to the bottom of this for you.
