Only fill on this exact domain - Android problem

I have noticed a problem with the "only fill on this exact domain" option.
The option works as expected on Windows PC (brave), but the problem starts in Android.
In Windows, only the domain and port match are required, and in Android the full url must match, this is a bit inconsistent with the descriptions on the page, and causes problems, because some sites add dynamic parameters to the address, on the login pages.
