Open and fill data not working

Can't seem to find it. When you install it on your browser, there is a notification that something needs to be adjusted on security & privacy to allow it to work properly. It is on that screen that there is a warning message. I'm referring to the warning message that gave me concerns (or maybe I shouldn't be concerned).
