p8 will not fill in by pressing 1p in the menu bar

When asked for credentials the message from 1p says press 1p in the menu bar. When I do this, it does not work. I also did allowed for quick access on my Mac. however it does not work. What am I doin...

Please check it might be asking for the browser toolbar. Are you using the shortcut Shift + Command + spacebar for Quick Access? Can you tell me more about how it is not working.
