Passkeys not working on Nintendo.com in Firefox

    Hi werd​ thanks for reaching out!

    While I can't guarantee when a fix will make it to our stable release, I tested this out with the latest beta release and found I had no issues creating and signing in with a passkey in my Firefox browser on the Nintendo site.

    If you're willing to test this out on your end, you can use the following guide to use the 1Password for Firefox beta release: Use 1Password beta or nightly releases

    Once the testing in the beta is complete, we'll release the fix to the production version of 1Password for Firefox as soon as possible.

Can you mark me down as affect as well? I can create a passkey from firefox/mac on nintendo but then I am unable to use it.

Firefox: 137
MacOS: 15.4
1Password: 8.10.70

Thank you for reporting the issue and I'm sorry for the disruption. I've added your report to the internal work item open for the issue. 

For the time being, to workaround the issue, you can sign into your Nintendo account using your passkey in another browser like Chrome. Alternatively, you can use your username and password to sign into Nintendo in Firefox.
