Password box blank on browser 1Password for Windows in Virtualbox

I have a weird situation that has been going on now for quite a while. On the browser (Chrome and Edge, not Firefox) extension, when I click on it to log in, the password box is just an empty box/win...

Hi mike_g! I'd be curious to know whether this behaviour is impacted by the hardware acceleration setting in the desktop app. Would you be able to try following the steps below?

  1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, type 1Password, and click on it.
  2. Unlock with your usual credentials if prompted.
  3. In the top left of the window, next to the word 1Password, click ⋮ > Settings > Advanced.
  4. Uncheck the option to Use Hardware Acceleration.
  5. Fully quit the app with Ctrl + Q or by right clicking the icon in the system tray > Quit.
    • It's important not to skip this step as a full restart of the app is required for this setting to take effect.
  6. Relaunch 1Password and then test whether you can still reproduce the issue.
