passwords on computer don't transfer to iphone

I have 1Password on my computer and have enabled the extension on Safari. However, when I try to use certain apps on my iPhone, 1Password does not come up. In particular, I try to open my kindle on ...

Hi Dave, Thanks for your response. I had done everything except turn off the other password manager, and once I did that it worked!
