Please add back in over-scroll on Macs

On almost every Mac application (and several Electron apps) when you reach the top or bottom of a window or container, it will over-scroll slightly and bounce. This makes scrolling feel more natural,...

Hello @FCNV, thank you for this request. We do know that there's something particularly delightful about a bouncy overscroll. We have an open feature request for this with the development team, and I have now filed a vote on your behalf for the feature.
