"Previously Used Passwords" is missing from the desktop version macOS 7.8.7

I don't see "Previously Used Passwords" available on the desktop version of macOS 7.8.7, but I see it in iOS 7.7.6

I know that it existed previously, but has seemed to have disappeared (yes I verified that the entry I am looking at has it in the mobile app).
