Problem with 1Password app on my macbook
I am experiencing multiple issue using 1Password on my macbook.
When I click the "New Item" button nothing happens.
The "Open and Fill" function isn't working ie it doesn't open any website.
When I click the arrow to "Reveal" a password nothing happens.
When I go to a website that has a login entry in 1Password it isn't autofilling the website credentials.
When I try to click on the Search box in 1Password I can't enter anything.
These issues all started sometime in the last month. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but this didn't fix the issue.
The 1Password browser extensions seem to work okay but I tend to use the 1Password app more than the extensions. Extension version is 2.21.0.
I am using a 2020 13-inch 16GB M1 MacBook Pro running macOS Sonoma 14.3.1
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello mmilliss! 👋
I'm sorry that you're running into trouble when using 1Password. Some of the symptoms that you've mentioned relate to a known issue that our developers are currently working to resolve. I'd like to ask you to try these steps to confirm whether you're affected by this issue:
- Open and unlock 1Password for Mac.
- Click on 1Password next to the  in the menu bar.
- Click Settings.
- Click Appearance.
- Uncheck "Tags" under the
Always show in Sidebar
section.
Once this is unchecked, do you see an improvement? Or do you still see the same issues? Once I hear back from you I can help more.

Hi Dave, that seems to have fixed it although I hard to stop and restart the app for it to work.
Thanks for your help, much appreciated.
