Programmatically open desktop app to specific item using UUID

Hello im trying to open a specific item in the desktop app using its UUID. Does 1password 7 have a URI (onepassword://uuid/ ) or command line arg (onepassword.exe --UUID ) that will do this? ...

I assume this is because I use local vaults and not a subscription?
