Quick Access cannot detect context from current active app?
I am using 1P v8 for macOS, as I remember, openning Quick Access will acknowledge context from current active app, such as URLs, and then related 1P items will show before.
But not sure from which version, this feature seems not to work any longer, currently, I am on 1Password for Mac 8.10.15 (81015001), and I am sure the Accessability option was on for 1P. Is this feature removed, or it was just wrong memory I have? I am sure this is working in 1P7 with 1P mini.
BTW, I tried with Safari, Arc, Chrome, all not worked

Got some updates today, it looks like both extension on Arc (should be Chrome extension) and Safari Web Extension have been updated today. And after updates, things are getting better, but not fully resolved still, following are current status:
Safari:
- Focus on username field, bring up quick access won't acknowledge browser's context no matter how many times I bring it out.
- Focus on passfield field, bring up quick access won't acknowledge context at the first time, but following operation will workArc:
- Same as safari, no context will be acknowledged all the time
- Better than in safari, bring up quick access at first time, will show items related to current context, there will be a refresh of items at the first time, very quick, but related items will show eventually.Hope this can help.

If you open Quick Access and then close it and open it again does the correct entry appear? If so, you're likely experiencing a known issue.
