I'm sorry that 1Password's Quick Access feature isn't working as quickly as it used to on your Mac. Can you tell me a little more about the behaviour that you're seeing? Is the Quick Access pop-up itself slow to appear when you press Shift-Command-Spacebar? Do letters appear slowly when you type them into Quick Access? Or is it the search results that appear slowly after typing in your search term?

There isn't a way to "reindex the local database" but you can reset the 1Password for Mac app using these steps:
- Make sure that you see all of your items when your sign into your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app) and verify that you have a copy of your Emergency Kit. Don't proceed without this step.
- Reset the 1Password app and then add your account back to the app.
I look forward to hearing from you.
