Quick access not working
A few days ago quick access stopped working for me. I'm not sure if it was something to do with the latest MacOS update or 1Password's update.

Hi Ben_Singer -- I guess I had hijacked your thread to report what seemed like a similar issue (ie, Quick Access appears but searching finds nothing). I think the developers are keeping things straight and trying to figure out both issues separately. Sorry though to confuse things somewhat!
