Quick access on external monitor

I am testing the Quick Access keyboard shortcut on Ubuntu 22.10 on Wayland with two external monitors. When the "focus" is in the desktop containing the 1Password application, quick access overlay works as expected. However, when I use the keyboard shortcut when my focus is in an external monitor, I don't see the overlay. Anybody else seeing this? Is it a bug?
