Quick Access won't open on custom shortcut

I set opt+cmd+space as shortcut to access the quick access interface. I disabled the conflicting finder search shortcut (systemsettings > keyboard > shortcuts > spotlight) beforehand. In the 1passwo...

I have figured it out by myself. 

It is not enough to deactivate the shortcut (unchecking the box) for the finder search window. You have to assign a different shortcut to it.
