Clicking "Open 1Password" from the Extension Icon in Safari has no effect
Hi starborn,
It appears you're running into a known issue where 1Password for Linux (desktop app) is unable to access the file picker. Our development team is aware of this issue and are currently working on a way to resolve the root cause.
While I can't provide a specific timeline on when the issue will be resolved, the team is actively working on this issue.
While we work in this specific issue, we suggest using a Windows or Mac device as a temporary alternative for any file picker specific tasks.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

This is still not available, and an increasing number of US government websites are using it. In an unfornate case of fragmentation, some are using id.me instead - so there are two.
Same here.
In fact, it would be nice if this was user-configurable. Currently, it appears that 1Password decides if an "Login" item can be suggested for SSO by checking whether the associated website is in a short list of "known" IDPs. (And this list currently doesn't include login.gov...)
Instead, how about a having a flag that can be set on the "Login" item that tells 1Password that is should be suggested as an IDP for "Sign In With". With these custom IDPs, 1Password wouldn't need to actually do the OAUTH process, just remind the user what IDP (and account) they used.

Hey cobaltjacket,
Thank you for your suggestion. I have passed this on to our product team for consideration.
Let us know if there is anything else we can help with.
