recovery key not found

Thanks for reaching out! You won’t be able to use a recovery code if you have an active 1Password session or have recently signed in however the error message that you've described is usually caused by a typo in the recovery code. Try copying and pasting it directly from the 1Password recovery code.txt file that you saved when you created your recovery code. 

If that still doesn't work then please send an email to support@1Password.com using the email address associated with your 1Password account so that our team can investigate this further.
