\n\nI've done some testing and have been able to recreate the same behaviour. 1Password is recognizing it as a registration form instead of a login form. We've filed an issue for our development team, and I've added you as an affected user.
\n\nIn the meantime, I recommend auto-filling from the 1Password extension pop-over instead.
