If none of your one-time passwords are working, that would usually suggest the system clock is wrong by more than 30 seconds. Try checking the following:
- go to https://time.is/ in your browser and check that the clock is in sync
- if so, check that the time zone has been set appropriately
- compare the one-time passwords to what you find for that item on your other devices
