Relate Items: search doesn't support partial matching

If I'm understanding your screenshots, you're pointing out that the top search bar does not support substring matching correctly. That is true, and that's the known issue I referenced in my first comment. We're hoping to improve that in the future.

I have to admit that the last testing was not complete. I did several searches, but didn't pay attention to whether the results was complete.

Test Environment:

1Password: 8.7.0-21.NIGHTLY
OS: macOS 12.3

Update: After upgrading to 8.7.0-14.NIGHTLY, it seems the problem has been solved.

Well, that's weird. In my testing, it's the opposite.

I cleared all the cache using CleanMyMac, logged in again, and did the testing.

conclusion: the top bar works fine for me, while Relate items search bar doesn't.
