Remove 1Password from Chrome context menu

Where can I disable 1Password from appearing in the Chrome context menu? My issue is that too many extensions add context menu entries I don't use on a regular base, so the menu becomes cluttered....

Hi Former Member:

Thanks for this feedback. Currently, "Hide on this page" is only available from the context menu on the page, and as such removing the context menu from the page would remove the ability for that setting to be changed. With that in mind however, I have filed your feedback on this internally.
