[Resolved] Windows blocking index.node, can't run

Windows ended up letting me run it within a couple hours after posting.

If it's still blocking, it, try manually initiating an update of the Windows antivirus definitions. You can access the menu for that directly by searching for the 'Run' box in the start menu and pasting in:
windowsdefender://update/

Or to manually find that menu, you could search the start menu for "Windows Security" then go to > Virus & Threat protection > look for "Virus & threat protection updates", and below that click "protection updates" > "Check for updates"
