Safari autofill still constantly requiring password 2-3 weeks after reinstalling

This has been an ongoing issue for months. I tried reinstalling from TestFlight and that worked well. For 2-3 weeks. Then I could only autofill from iCloud Keychain since 1PW kept requiring a passwor...

And it just recurred again. I'm surprised this has not been fixed. Have filed multiple reports as have others, for months...
