Safari Icon gone Missing
Suddenly, no OnePassword icon in Safari menu bar. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the OnePassword for Safari extension. It is in my applications folder. I have made sure it's enabled in Safari ...

Thank you for the second screenshot, that confirms that the issue seems to be affecting 1Password for Safari and not other extensions. Try the following steps (I know that you already tried reinstalling 1Password for Safari but I'd like you to follow these specific steps in order):
- Make sure that you have a copy of your Emergency Kit and that you're signed into 1Password on another device.
- Uninstall 1Password for Safari: How to uninstall 1Password
- Important: Follow all of the instructions in the article, including clearing Safari's history/cache.
- Install 1Password for Safari: App Store
If that still doesn't work then please send an email to support@1Password.com and include a link to this thread so that our support team can investigate further.-Dave

6 months agoThank you for the screenshot. That does look correct to me. If you enable another extension other than 1password that also has a Safari toolbar icon, do you see that extension's icon? Or is it missing as well?
If you can see the other extension's icon then can you send me one more screenshot:
- Open Safari.
- Right-click on the toolbar in Safari.
- Click Customize toolbar.
Please take a screenshot of the Safari window so that it includes the entire customize toolbar modal as well as the toolbar itself.

I installed the Zoom extension and it did show in the toolbar and in the Customize Toolbar window. See attached.

That finally did the trick! Complete reinstall and clearing history. Thank you so much!
