iPad issue with password changes
Having trouble when I make changes to an existing password at a website. The change does not happen until I lock out and then log back in to 1Password. I’m using iPad Air (m2) iOS 26 1Password version 8.11.14 home. This was happening with older versions of both iOS 18 and 1Password as well. This causes many failures with web sites as the new password isn’t recorded until I exit and login again. I do not have this issue on my PC only the iPad.
this is the first time I have posted a question after 2 years of using 1Password so I may not have provided all the information needed.
thanks for any help
Ron

Hello ronandersen! 👋
I'm sorry that you're not seeing changes appear in 1Password for iOS. So that I can better understand the situation, can you tell me the following:
- If you wait about 10 minutes, do the changes eventually appear?
- By "log out and log back in" do you mean that you lock and unlock the 1Password for iOS app? Or do you sign out of your 1Password account completely and then sign back in?
- Are you making the changes using 1Password for Safari on your iPad? Or on another device?
- When you don't see the changes in 1Password for iOS, do you see the changes when you log in to your 1Password account on 1Password.com (in the browser, not the app)?
I look forward to hearing from you.-Dave

I am getting this problem too. I can change my pw on a web site successfully, then confirm when 1P offers to save it. But when I go to the 1P app (I’m using iOS) the password doesn’t look like it has been changed. However I believe it really has changed, since I can still log into the site. It’s only when I lock and unlock the vault that the password entry shows that it has been updated, including the password history section.

I'm sorry that you're running into a similar issue. I'd like to ask you to reproduce the issue again and then create and share a 1Password diagnostics report from your iOS device:
Send a diagnostics report (iOS)
Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support@1password.com
