Safari on iOS, can't activate the plugin.

I had the plugin previously working, but somehow it recently broke. When trying to activate the plugin in mobile Safari it says the below... Any ideas? 1Password Version: 8.10.52 Ext...

seems like a widespread issue. I'm having issues with chrome on windows, but other users on reddit are reporting issues with Mac as well, and Safari, chrome, and firefox. seems like an extension issue
