Safari on iOS won’t update password

It’s happened whenever I’ve changed a password from my phone since installing iOS 18 (it might even have been present when using the beta iOS). But because it only impacts once a month or 6 weeks or so I’ve not posted before. On this most recent occasion I was updating my password on http://www.starz.com. It’s certainly happened on multiple different websites, but I can’t honestly recall if I’ve been able to successfully save an updated password on any website via the pop-up.
