Safari plugin broken

I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with the 1Password experience. Case in point. Attempting to create some login credentials in Safari for a website. No matter what I do clicking on the 1Password Suggested password popup does not bring up the create item popup. It works perhaps 1 in 5 and even then I have to click it several times.

To add, I cannot figure out another way to create a login item and thus I have to resort to creating it manually in the 1Password app.

    Are you having difficulty fill your hotmail password using 1Password? Can you provide me with some more information on the difficulty you are having accessing your Hotmail?

    A restart of Safari seems to have resolved it. Now I have to keep tabs of how many times I need to restart Safari.
