Safari Suggested Password Covering 1P Dialog

See attached screenshot. Note that I have always had all Safari Autofill options OFF. This just started with a recent Safari/macOS update.

1Password Version: 80500103, on BETA channel
Extension Version: 1 Password for Safari 2.2.3
OS Version: 12.3 Beta (21E5196i)

    To confirm, are you running into this on Safari in macOS 12.3 beta, or using Safari Technology Preview? Let me know!

    I have the same issue. Not sure if the problem lies with 1PW or Safari.
