"Save in 1Password?" prompt appears repeatedly when there is nothing to save

In sites like https://portal.azure.com and https://dev.azure.com, I am prompted on every page load to save login details in 1Password, even though there is nothing to save. 1Password V...

As I said, there is nothing to save. Since the account already exists in 1Password, I never click "Save Item".

Thanks - I have made the change in Settings.
