Thanks for reaching out. 1Password doesn't use the macOS AutoFill system and instead you can fill your logins (including 2FA one-time password) in any browser or Mac app by using Universal Autofill:

What specific apps (non-browser) on your Mac currently require a passkey to sign in? I can pass along your feedback and request to the team as a feature request. 🙂
