Scan QR code menu option not showing up in saved logins, where the service _does_ support TFA

I'm trying to set up TFA for a number of sites I visit, but I notice that a large number of them don't show the Scan QR option in the ellipsis menu, nor does the "This site supports TFA" prompt that other do show.

I may have clicked ignore previously because, you know, screen space, Can I reset the behaviour? How do I get to add TFA if the option is not offered to me?

    Hey @alangoldsa,

    Can you provide me with an example of a website you are experiencing this difficulty on so I can do some testing and best advise?

    In addition, if you go to our test website and save an item for testing purposes and then visit this page and click on the 1Password icon in your browser toolbar followed by the 3 dot menu in the corner of the item, do you see the 'Scan QR code' option?
